  The SE328 (for Sports Excelsior) was launched at the 1957 Motor show and was developed from the SA322.  The car was available in both standard and deluxe models, the standard was much the same as the SA322 but the deluxe had the following features
  • Hard top was available
  • Polished wheel trims and spinners
  • Tachometer
  • Twin carburettors

The 328 was also joined at the show by the Se492 which is on the next page.

Berkeley's built about 1422 SE 328s but most of them after chassis number 700 were exported, mostly to the USA.
